An advance payment may be required for personalized products.

Product prices are listed in Bulgarian leva unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Delivery

For custom or handmade items, the production and delivery time may be specified additionally.
The risk of accidental damage or loss passes to the Customer in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms.

A Customer who qualifies as a consumer under applicable law may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within the statutory period, except in cases where the law provides exceptions.
