Along both edges of the tray, a rich 3D relief engraving with vine motifs is applied — detailed grape clusters, vine leaves, and flowing tendrils frame the working surface on both sides. The central surface is smooth, spacious, and slightly recessed around the perimeter, keeping food in place when serving. The back of the tray is clean and smooth — suitable for cutting. Crafted with a CNC machine and hand-finished for precision and durability.

Care and use recommendations:

The top side is suitable for serving cold foods — appetizers, cheese, cured meats, fruit, and nuts. The raised rim around the perimeter keeps sauces and small bites in place. The smooth underside can be used as a cutting board for bread, cheese, and cured meats.

Not suitable for:

• Hot dishes and liquids
• Dishwasher washing
• Prolonged contact with water

Care:

After use, wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Once every 2–3 months, apply a thin layer of olive or mineral oil to maintain the shine and protect the wood from drying out. With regular care, it will keep its appearance and quality for years.
